Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — please check our website for current offers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select products and locations. COD availability will be indicated at checkout based on your pin code.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Courier Partners

We ship via reputed courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
