At Gadgetspiremart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened software, digital products, items damaged due to misuse, and products without original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
